World War 3 or just a local spat in Ukraine?

...Well, lets get this forum on the road.
I may still be a tad shaky but here goes.
Even though the Ukraine has sunk a ship in the Blacksea, more and more reports are coming in that they may begin a retreat in the northern areas of the front. This just a few. days after the government sacked the guy in charge and replaced him with the second in command. Changing the leadership in the middle of the war sends a really bad message.
I would hope for a stalemate and a DMZ along the lines of the existing front, because if Ukraine were to fall, we fall with it.
