I have a confession...I've been lurking since 2008 and on the earlier forum too. I only joined a few years ago, but I recognise most of the old names coming back. I have wondered how people chose their "handles." Mine was earned, not chosen. When I was 3, someone told me to do something. I responded, "No one's gonna tell me around!"

Hey, glad to see you here! My screen name is actually a reference to a funny scene in a movie called "Cabin Fever" but it's also part of an inside joke that I have with my best friend, where "Pancakes" is a safety word. lol.

My username is a reflection of my complete lack of imagination

My first name starts with an E and I often write it as e. (Edot), when I rejoined I switched to ennui because I am fond of eye rolls. So now I use both.
